International School Paris (FISP)

Teachers

Multicultural, Multinational, Multilingual

Forest International School is a student-centred school where we value distinctive inquiry-based interdisciplinary studies, project-based learning, social emotional learning and creativity.

We provide a high standard of teaching, combining the English National Curriculum and innovative international curricula (the IPC and IMYC).

Small class sizes allow for a high level of attention given to each student. FISP teachers are efficient at differentiating their classes, using various teaching strategies to account for children's ability and maturity levels, along with individual preferences.

FISP teachers promote active and hands on learning that children find challenging and enjoyable.

Student Development

We nurture the cognitive, emotional, spiritual, social, and physical development of our students.

The school has a happy, friendly atmosphere with a very personal approach that helps the children quickly settle into their new lives and fosters the love of learning.

We offer a rich and balanced child-centred curriculum, complementing the school's striking location; as we are surrounded by the "Forêt Domaniale de Marly-le-Roi", we benefit from an inspiring environment where children can fully concentrate on their learning.

Choosing a school for your child is one of the most exciting and challenging decisions you will make in these early years.

Within this beautiful setting it is our intention to create a learning environment which motivates and stimulates both the children in our care and the adults who work here.

All activities are designed to encourage children to gain confidence in themselves, their ideas and their abilities. Fundamental to the Forest International School Paris philosophy is a positive self-image for all children.

Innovative, Friendly and Approachable Teachers

Quote: involve me to understand

All our teachers and assistants are innovative thinkers, friendly, approachable with a positive attitude, yet they remain ambitious for their students.

They treat all children as individuals, giving them praise and reassurance, encouraging them to try new activities and be adventurous.

Our teachers are responsive to the variety of learning styles found amongst our students, ensuring they are working at their highest level.
